Cedar Ridge Australians Health Guarantee:
You as a new owner agree to provide the health and vet care to ensure the new
puppy is protected against any and all disease. You are responsible for any and all health care from the moment the
puppy arrives.
You are responsible to call us within one hour of recieving your puppy AND again within the next 24 hours
with a update--If these CALLS are not made the Guarantee is Cancelled.
The puppy will have had at least one 5 way
puppy vaccination when it leaves us, however a puppy is not fully protected until it has completed the puppy series @ 16 weeks
of age. Puppy will need at least 3 follow up vaccinations usually given at 9, 12 and 16 weeks of age. As well as
a good worming schedule through the puppy months and regularly as a adult.
You are required to have the puppy spayed (female) between
6-8 months of age OR Neutered (Male) between 7-9 months of age. We require this in order to keep our prices low - no registration
papers will be issued until proof of the surgery is sent to us.
The puppy will have been wormed on a vet
recommended schedule until it leaves us, we treat all puppies prior to leaving us for external parasites however during their
transportation and shipping they will come in contact with several other pets.
We give our puppies a well balanced diet which
consists of commercial dogfood- Ususally dry food. If the puppy is not continued on a balanced dogfood we can not give a extended
guarantee.
We will be calling to check on puppy after it has arrived the first week or two, Please return our calls.The Calls
are part of the contract !!!
LIFE THREATENING DIEASE; We give the buyer a one year from
birthdate health guarantee against a life threatening Disease.(ex: Congenital Heart Failure)
If the purchased puppy should
develope such a disease and is diagnosed and euthanized by a licenced veterinarian and you have a second agreeing diagnosis
from a non affliated veterinarian. Once we are provided with a Signed Euthanasia or Death certificate we will provide a
puppy of the same purchase price within 6 months of the death.
( You will be responsible for the shipping or pick up
of the puppy and the cost to do so.

DAY Guarantee: We will guarantee our puppies for 10 (ten) days from the shipping date against Parvo and Distemper. If
the purchased puppy should break with Parvo or Distemper within 10 days of it leaving our kennel you must provide the lab
results from a Veterinary Lab test showing the positive results with a signed Dr. statement. If the puppy should die
we will provide a replacement puppy within 6 months.
This guarantee is only to the person that WE sold the puppy to.
(Remember our puppies / Dogs can NOT be sold or given away without contacting us first)
We do not refund money, or pay vet bills; we only provide another
puppy of the same cost within 6 months.
