Cedar Ridge Australians Kennel Buyer/Seller agreement.

If you interested in a puppy from Cedar Ridge Australians please read and agree to the terms below BEFORE sending a deposit. Please also read our Health Guarantee as well.

We will have to speak with you on the phone and agree that we are willing to send you one of our puppies. We are selling Family Friends/Pets. We don't sell puppies as Breeding/Show dogs.  The puppies are well socialized,Health guaranteed and have had a lot of love!

All sales are final, We do not give refunds -*If for ANY REASON you can not keep the puppy you have purchased from Cedar Ridge Australians you MUST RETURN the puppy/dog to Cedar Ridge and the McAlmond Family. 

This Dog can not be sold or given away or placed in a shelter it has to be returned to Cedar Ridge. 

Once you have decided on a certain puppy we will give you 2 days to get a deposit in order to hold the puppy.  We do not take deposits on unborn puppies.

We require a deposit of 1/2 of the price of the puppy. This deposit will not be refundable for any reason, (Unless the puppy should die prior to being 8 weeks of age, in which case the deposit will be refunded.)  The balance for puppy and shipping will be due at 7 weeks of age or the week before the puppy is to be shipped.
 
If the buyer cancels for any reason after the puppy is 8 weeks of age; or after shipping arrangments are made for any reason all money paid toward the puppy is forfieted at that time.
If registration and/or health paper have been put in the buyers name you will be billed and agree to pay the amount to change them back to Cedar Ridge as ownership.

The shipping cost is the responsiblility of the buyer. We work with a shipping company to help get the quickest/safest trip for the puppies as well as a competative price package.  We will do our best to assist you.  We recommend shipping by air if you can not personally pickup your puppy. We will assist in making arrangments through the airlines to see that the puppy gets to a major airport near you. You must be aware sometimes you may be required to drive a distance to the airport.  All shipping cost are extra to the buyer UNLESS the puppy is advertized as "Shipping Included."

If for any reason the puppy should be found to have a life threatening disease prior to being shipped your money will be applied to another puppy or if another puppy is not to be available within 90 days a full refund will be made within 2 weeks. See our Health Guarantee for further information.

You as a new puppy owner are responsible for attaining proper health care and all bills that arise  from the moment you recieve your puppy. All puppies/dogs are required to be spayed (female) between 6-8 months of age, OR neutered (Male) between 7-9 months of age as part of this agreement. 

 **NO registration papers will be issued UNTIL proof of surgery has been sent to Cedar Ridge.

At the time the puppy leaves our home/kennel it will be current on vaccinations and parasite control.

(If you would like a topical parasite controll applied it can be done at added cost to the buyer)

If the puppy is being shipped it will have a Veterinary Health Certificate done within 10days prior to shipping to their new home. 

 If the puppy is being delivered it will have had a Vet exam done within 48 hours of the delivery time. 
Payments types are to be disscussed between the new buyer and Cedar Ridge.
